Veg Pasta in White Sauce

Ingredients:

Pasta 1 Cup,
Water 2.5 cups,
Olive oil 1 tsp,
Salt 1.5 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp,
Oregano 3 tsp,
flour 2 tbsp,
Cheese Spread 2-3 tbsp,
Milk 3 cups,
pepper to taste,
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Baby corns, red, yellow and green bell-peppers                                                                                      ,Mushrooms as per choice
 Method:

To boil the pasta:
1. Boil water in a thick bottom vessel.
2. Add 0.5 tsp Olive Oil and 1 tsp salt to it.
3. Add pasta and cook it for 5-10 mins or until it becomes soft.
4. Transfer into another vessel and keep under cold running water for a minute.
5. Add a few drops of olive oil , toss it and keep aside.

For the sauce:
1. Heat butter for 30 secs.
2. Add vegetables saute for 5 mins.
3.Mix Cheese spread, milk,flour and add it to the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 mins.
4.Add half the cheese, salt,pepper and 2 tsp oregano.

To serve:
1. In a baking vessel mix the sauce and pasta.
2. Grate remaining cheese, and sprinkle remaining oregano on top.
3. Bake at 250 degree Celsius for 5 mins in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with garlic bread.
