Mango Kalakand

Enjoy the divine taste of mango kalakand finished with rose petals.













Ingredients:

Alphonso mango - 1 pulped
Khoya - 200 gms
Paneer - 100 gms
Condensed milk - 100 ml
Elaichi Powder - 0.5 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Rose Petals: 3-4 tbsp
Pistachios - 6-7 chopped

Method:

1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan.
2.Knead Khoya and paneer together until smooth. Add it to the pan.
3. Add condensed milk , Elaichi powder and cook for 5 mins.
4. Add mango pulp and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
5. Line a tin with remaining ghee and pour the mixture from the pan into the tin.
6. Garnish with rose petals and pistachios.
7. Set for 2-3 hours and then cut into cubes and serve.
