Cream of Mushroom Soup

Savor the taste of mushrooms delicately spiced with pepper and garlic in an healthy avatar!




Ingredients:

Freshly chopped Mushrooms 2 Cups,
1 onion finely chopped,
Cornflour 2 tbsp,
Garlic 1 tbsp chopped,
Butter 1 tbsp,
Water 3 cups,
1 cup milk,
Coriander 1 tsp finely chopped,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 tsp oregano

Method:

1. Heat butter in a vessel.
2. Add garlic,chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add chopped mushrooms,salt,pepper,water.Cook it on high flame till the mixture boils.
4. Mix cornflour with 0.5 cups water and add it to the boiling mixture.
5. Add milk, simmer for 2 mins.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander,Oregano and serve hot.
