Veg Pasta in Mix Sauce

This Italian Sensation is sure to tingle your taste buds and keep you asking for more!!


















Ingredients: 

Pasta 1 cup,
Water 2.5 cups,
Olive oil 2 tbsp,
Salt 2 tsp,
Milk 1 cup,
Cheese 100 gm,
Sweet Corn  0.5 Cup,
Oregano 2 tsp,
Onion 1 medium size finely chopped,
Refined Flour 2 tbsp,
Green,red,yellow  bell peppers and mushrooms 1 cup diced.
Tomatoes 3 large ground to make puree,
Red chilly powder 1 tsp,
Sugar 1 tsp,
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:

To boil pasta:
1.Boil water.
2. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
3. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook till completely done.
4. Drain the water and keep the pasta under running water for about 30 seconds.

For the red sauce:
Mix tomato puree, sugar, 1 tsp salt, red chilly powder, tomato ketchup and boil it for 4 mins.
Keep aside.

For the cheese sauce:
Mix 50 gm cheese, pepper,milk and flour. Boil for 2 mins and keep aside.

1. Heat olive oil for 30 seconds.
2. Add onion and saute for 2 mins.
3. Add vegetables saute for 5 mins,
4.Add Red Sauce and cheese sauce and saute for 6 mins.
5.Add oregano.
6. Grate remaining cheese on top and grill for about 5 mins till the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot with garlic bread.
