Coffee Mousse

Enjoy the kickass taste of coffee in a new avatar!!


Ingredients:

Coffee 1 tbsp,
Gelatin 1/2 tsp,
Whipped Cream 1 cup,
Whipping Cream 1/2 cup,
Milk 1 cup,
Sponge cake (Vanilla or chocolate)

Method:

1. Sprinkle gelatin in 1/8th cup of water and let it soak for 10 mins.Melt it in a double boiler.
2. Mix gelatin and coffee together. Add coffee and bring to boil in a pan.
3. Cool the mixture and mix it with the whipping cream.
4. In serving glasses, put the sponge cake piece at the bottom. Pour the mixture in 3/4th of the glass.
5. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for 5-6 hrs.
6. Before serving, top it up with whipped cream. Garnish it with a dash of coffee. Serve chilled.
