Paneer Kalakand

Enjoy this festive season with this home made, easy, yummy sweet.

Ingredients:




Paneer 250 gms,
Condensed milk 1/2 tin,
Milk Powder 2 tbsp,
pistachios to garnish









Method:


1. Mash paneer into granules.
2. Add condensed milk and milk powder. Mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the mixture in a pan and cook on medium flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Grease a vessel wit ghee and pour the mixture into it. Allow it to set for 1-2 hours.
5. Garnish with pistachios and cut into cubes. Serve immediately.
