Microwave Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

200gm condensed milk (Nestle Milkmaid, Amul Mithai Mate or another variant)
115 gm refined all purpose flour (maida)
80 ml oil
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
150 ml milk(approximately)
2-3 tbsp coco powder,
4-5 drops vanilla essence
50 gm dark chocolate (Roughly Chopped)



Directions:

1.For Chocolate sauce: Mix the dark chocolate and 3-4 tbsp of milk in a bowl and microwave on full power for 2 mins. Mix till it appears smooth and shiny.
2. Add flour,oil,baking soda,baking powder,coco powder, vanilla essence, condensed milk to 1/4th cup of the chocolate sauce prepared in step 1. Add milk and mix thoroughly till the batter achieves ribbon consistency.
3. Grease a microwave vessel with butter or ghee and dust it with flour.
4.Pour the batter evenly and microwave it on medium power for 8-9 mins.
5.To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into it. if the toothpick comes out clean the cake is ready.
6. Allow it to stand in the microwave for 2-3 mins.
7. Cool,cut into square pieces and Serve.

Serving Suggestion: 
Pour a spoonful of hot chocolate sauce over each piece before serving.
