Sizzling Brownie with Chocolate Sauce

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

200gm condensed milk (Nestle Milkmaid, Amul Mithai Mate or another variant)
115 gm refined all purpose flour (maida)
80 ml oil
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
150 ml milk(approximately)
2-3 tbsp coco powder,
4-5 drops vanilla essence,
100 gm dark chocolate (Roughly Chopped),
Vanilla Ice-cream,
Walnuts (Chopped),
Cherries,
Wafer Rolls




Directions:

1.For Chocolate sauce: Mix the dark chocolate and 3-4 tbsp of milk in a bowl and microwave on full power for 2 mins. Mix till it appears smooth and shiny.
2. Add flour,oil,baking soda,baking powder,coco powder, vanilla essence, chopped walnuts,condensed milk to 1/4th cup of the chocolate sauce prepared in step 1. Add milk and mix thoroughly till the batter achieves ribbon consistency.
3. Grease a microwave vessel with butter or ghee and dust it with flour.
4.Pour the batter evenly and bake it at 190 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins in a preheated oven.
5.To check if the brownie is done, insert a toothpick into it. if the toothpick comes out clean the cake is ready.
6. Cool,cut into equal square pieces.

Serving Suggestions:

Heat a sizzler plate. Place the brownie and pour 1-2 tbsp of Chocolate sauce. Place a slice of ice-cream above it. Pour 1 tbsp of sauce again and decorate with cherries and Wafer rolls.
Serve hot.
