Red Velvet Cupcakes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

9 tbsp milk,
3 tsp coco powder,
1.5 tsp white vinegar,
3/4 tsp baking powder,
12 tbsp all purpose refined flour (maida),
6 tbsp castor sugar,
pinch of salt,
5 tbsp oil,
12-15 drops food coloring

Directions:

1. Whisk Milk,food color and Vinegar together.
2. Mix flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt.
3. Add Whisked Milk, Vinegar and Oil to the ingredients mixed in step 2.
4. Grease cup cake molds with butter and fill them half with the mixture prepared in the steps above.
5. Microwave for 1 min 20 sec on medium power.
6.Allow to stand for 30 sec, cool and serve.
